How I Work

Practitioner, not theorist

Most AI and digital consultants have never run a care home. I do. That changes every conversation — because I understand the staffing pressures, the inspection cycle, and what operational life actually looks like from the inside.

I stay until it works

I don’t hand over a report and walk away. I get involved in the implementation, because that’s where most change projects succeed or fail. Anyone can identify what needs to change. Far fewer will stay in the room until it has.

People before technology

The technology is rarely the problem. The real challenge is always people — their confidence, their habits, and whether the change makes their working day better or worse. Get that right and the technology takes care of itself.
